Get ready for a unique kayaking adventure through the crystal-clear waters of the Šibenik Channel!

We’ll paddle into the mysterious WWII “Hitler’s Eyes” tunnel and swim at secluded cave-side beaches.

The highlight of the tour is a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site, the majestic sea fortress of St. Nicholas. We will paddle around it and see from the outside (we will not be entering the fortress).

This is Šibenik from a whole new perspective!

Duration: Around 2.5 hours of paddling, exploring, and relaxing

Distance: 6 km of stunning coastline

Water temperature: Between 19°C and 27°C depending on the season

Meeting point: Mandalina, Uvala Sv. Petar bb, 22000, Šibenik, Hrvatska

The trip was well paced with a stop for swimming and a short walk to a lookout. The group was small and Kristijan provided interesting information. Very enjoyable, such a calming experience - good exercise but nothing strenuous. Such an amazing way to experience the Sibenik coastline to St Nicholas's fort. Lovely stops on the way - with amazing viewpoints and a gorgeous little beach at the end with a cafe and plenty of parking. Kristijan was an excellent guide and photographer too! The route was easy to paddle for a pair of fifty-some year olds, with beautiful views of the city, forts and islands all along the way. Kristijan is full of interesting info about the history of the area and landmarks, and honestly, he's just a really cool guy to hang out with for a few hours. Thoroughly recommend these guys. Andrija was our guide on the day and made the trip a lot of fun. We haven’t kayaked a lot but it didn’t matter as Andrija gave us helpful tips and was very relaxed and told us interesting facts along the route. We booked the Sunday kayak tour as a family of four with a 9 and 14-year-old after a recommendation of a holiday rep. The whole experience lasted 2.5 hours (2 hours of paddling, 30 minutes for a break). Despite having zero prior experience and a slightly windy day, we didn't find it difficult at all. 📅 How to Book

Booking is simple, use the calendar below to book. Choose between the morning or sunset kayak tour, your preferred date and number of people. Pay the deposit by card and you’re all set! The rest can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

About booking

I want to pay the full amount for my booking online, not just the deposit. Is that possible?

Of course! After you book your tour and pay the deposit you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In that e-mail you will find the button Pay balance that will enable your to pay for the whole thing.

I want to book last minute, but the date is not available on the calendar. Can I still join?

That’s difficult to answer because the tours can be fully booked. Give us a call at +385 99 418 3868 and we’ll figure something out.

What if our plans change or someone gets sick? Can we reschedule?

No problem! Life sometimes gets in the way. Let us know as soon as possible and we can arrange a new date. Make sure to do this at least 24 hours in advance.

Is it possible to rent only the kayak and not the tour?

Yes, it is! You can find more information about that here.

About the tour

How do I return to the starting point after the tour?

The tour starts in the Bay of St. Peter and ends at Fortress of St. Nicholas. After the tour, you can choose how to return to the starting point. Either by taxi or Uber (it’s about a 5-minute drive) or if you prefer walking, the hike back takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes (and involves some incredible views).

What do I need to bring with me?

Make sure that you bring your swimming suit, a towel, a bottle of water, some dry clothes, a hat and some sunscreen. We’ll take care of the rest!

I’m not really a sporty person. How fit do I have to be to participate?

Just a basic level of fitness is needed, no intense training required!

What if I’ve never been in a kayak before?

No Experience? No Problem! Our guides will help you feel confident and comfortable, even if it’s your first time in a kayak.

We’d like to join as a family. Is the tour too much for kids?

We often have families on our tours and kids love it! The minimum age is 6 years old.

I’m not a good swimmer. Is that a problem?

You don’t need to be an expert swimmer to join our kayaking tours, but you should have basic swimming skills and feel comfortable in the water while wearing a life jacket. Safety is our top priority.

What if I’m travelling alone? Can I still join?

Of course! Contact us and we will add you to a tour with other adventurers.

Weather Conditions: Your safety is our top priority. Tours may be postponed or canceled depending on weather or sea conditions. But don’t worry, Šibenik mostly has stable, sunny weather throughout the summer months. In any case, we’ll always keep you updated.
